Meditation and Stress Management Workshop – This workshop runs one evening per week for 6 consecutive weeks and covers not just many meditation styles, it also covers the conscious and subconscious minds, The Fight Or Flight Response, Perspective, Stress Management, Mindfulness, Correct breathing Techniques, The Power of Positive Affirmations and several tools and techniques to assist with quieting the mind and coping better under stress. This is a certified workshop and a certificate of completion is issues on the completion of week 6.
