Meditation for Anxiety and Depression

A specialised meditation workshop to assist people to manage anxiety and depression naturally through learning various strategies and techniques including correct breathing techniques, reprogramming erroneous belief systems and returning your body to the Relaxation response via meditation.

The aim of this workshop is to not only help you overcome existing anxiety  and depression but to equip you with the skills to be able to recognize triggers of stress and anxiety and depression to enable you to be proactive in addressing it before it takes over. These workshops run once a week for an hour and a half over a six week duration. Day and evening courses available.

This is a six week course, one day a week for an hour and a half each session and includes email and phone support throughout the six weeks.
