This six week Holistic Weight Management Workshop provides an opportunity for you to learn about the mind-body connection in relation to weight management. Each week will have a different focus, helping you to understand and recognise any previous programming in relation to weight and food, identifying erroneous belief systems that may be holding you back from achieving and maintaining your desired weight goal. This workshop also serves as a network where you are fully supported and encouraged throughout the workshop, with the view that upon completion you will have the tools and techniques required to maintain your weight management goals for life. The intimate setting and small workshop numbers give you the opportunity to get to know people and form lasting friendships.
Some aspects you will cover during the course include:
- Identifying self belief patterns,
- an introduction to mindful eating,
- recognising any underlying core personal issues that may give rise to your eating habits (emotional/habitual eating patterns),
- learning which nutritional foods satisfy hunger,
- how to turn attention from food to a distraction,
- EFT (tapping for weight loss), meditation for weight loss,
- creating good exercise habits that work for you,
- positive affirmations and vision boards.
Price: $180 for six weeks.
